It's not that big of a bug it's just like taking fun out of the private server. I do understand that this should be according to blizzlike but if it stays this way, it won't hurt anybody since they are in the game for only this one patch. This is the beauty of private server that things people cant do on retail can do on a private server. The last decision is always on devs but I would say that this should stay like this because everyone like the sets so much. They are only for cosmetic purposes and dont provide any boost in damage.

I prefer to have a lot of blizzlike content on a free to play server. By the way maybe you can get it on with vote point if you don't like to do requirements.

That's the problem is that you cannot get cosmetic items on vote shop. It's not a gamebreaking or major bug. If 1 out of 99 things dont work according to blizz it won't make any difference.

Unfortunately those achievements were not implemented (so no one got them), we will leave it like it is now.
