[REJECTED] Emissary Quests - not recieving any

Bug description:
I should recieve 1 world quest every single day at a given hour but i dont recieve any.
The only time i got one was after a forced server restart and i should have recieved 2 of them back then.
It keeps appearing "you will recieve your emissary quest tomorrow" everytime i hover over them on every single day.

it got fixed for me . now i get 1 emmisary quest per day as it should be
