Bug description: Emissary quests are not available.
I got to level 110 talked to kadgar and got the world quests and available emissary quests.
I did some of the emissary quests and after a server crash i relogged and i did not have emissary quests available.
All my legion reputation is Friendly but i cannot access the emissary quests as seen in the images below

Later edit: it seems that the quest "Uniting the isles is available again even though i already completed it, proof is the whistle in my bag.

It might be due to the recent hardware failure, I'll close this since everything is fine now.
