Bug description: Cloak enchants wipe out engineering tinkers and vise versa
Proof:

If you use an engineering tinker on a cloak like flexweave underlay and then try to use an enchant on a cloak like binding of strength the tinker is wiped out. If you use binding of strength on the cloak and then apply a tinker - flexweave underlay it wipes out the binding of strength enchant without warning.

Both were available on live servers at the same time.
