Bug description: The encounter´s skill "Crashing Wave" https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191900&&name=crashing-wave creates a 360° hitbox around the boss when it should only inflict the targets in front of him. Additionally sometimes he casts the spell without showing any cast timer.

Most spells which bosses cast that come with a charge actually start behind the boss hitbox its the same with primal charge from oakheart and its a retail thng

The 0 cast time however is a bug.

I don't sleep because Arms is bork.

I have never seen it cast without a cast time, if you can bring proof for it post it in the sticky.
