Details: (optional) as you can see in my character feed got chest item from Elerethe Renferal and it said "added to collection " no problem there
then got Il'gynoth got hands ( HC the red one not green ) and it said "add to collection " and it was there and fine the i used the chest item i got it crashed me and i logged back in and the hands not in collection anymore and cant re add it cause i already sold the item to mammoth i will provide screen shot of the item missing from my collection https://imgur.com/a/pao8r i honestly just want it for mog as you can see i have better one on
