In this mission I'm supposed to choose a zone throught the scouting map, but none of the area of the map is interagible as it can be seen in the image below (in the image can also be seen 0/1 zone chosen in the quests section).

Did you try to abandon the quest, exit wow, delete cache in cache folder, retake the quest?
