Bug description: the second marked shot cannot crit or its critical chance is very low
Proof: kind of hard to screen shot this but i never saw 2 makred shot crits at the same time on 100 procs on training dummy.I tested it on single target if that matters.

Tested with 100% crit, both of the Shots crit every try.
