Bug description: The trinket doesn't proc at all.

The tooltip says it has 15% proc chance on heal (doesn't specify if its direct or over time so it should be both) and a 115 sec cooldown. 15% means that atleast once on every 10 heals it should proc asuming the trinket is out of its cooldown. As a resto druid I have around 5-10 heals per second with all hots set on me and the video is almost 3 minutes so the trinket should proc atleast 2 times during that period but it doesn't.


I am not sure if this bug is only for the normal version of the trinket or if it aplies for the heroic one too so if someone has it on hc please test it.

It does proc but you are just unlucky :/
Check during an encouter to confirm again(an dungeon for ex)
I know it procs becouse i also have it(heroic one)

Yeah I've made several tests after that. Turns out it only procs during combat... I am not sure if it's supposed to be this way but atleast it procs when I actually need it so you can close it.
