Details: (optional) Hello , i got the heroic DK shoulder tier piece from avatar as you can see from the armory link on 8/12/19 at 10:18 PM . however , i logged off a few minutes later and when i logged back , the item was gone. I would apreciate it very much if you could help solve this situation. In case this cannot be helped , i would like to thank you nevertheless.
