Bug description: Quest target is to watch Gobbles' transformation, actual target according to quest helper is one of the many instances of Commander Schnottz (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=47249&&name=commander-schnottz). However, if you talk to him, the event doesn't start and you don't receive the quest credit.

For me the quest worked after I killed the NPC, try to do the same and resubmit if the problem persists.
