As you can see i`d loot https://es.wowhead.com/item=144326/manto-de-mando the day of yesterday.
Its registered in guild list and i had it in my transfiguration collection as a proof of it.
Then i relogged and the item dissapaired.
Posted a ingame ticket, they recommend me to use the web to recover it. It didn`t work.
Then posted again a ticket noticing that i tried to recover it in the web and
the response is be patient.

Please. Im really serious. Bring my item back. And again: Please.
