[REJECTED] Lost appearence collection

Bug description: Today i logged on my account, browsed AH for some new tmog and all of them were showing me i have not collected this appearence, thus i checked my appearence collection and it was clear of all collected items. No items showed even trough transmogrifier. I have spent quite some gold on them daily on AH but after reading 'Item recovery rules' I saw you don't care about lost transmog so at least i can post it as a bug.

Hey there,
Please delete the 'Cache' folder from your WoW installation and relog, the items should appear again.
