I was try to send ticket but recive error so I make post in the forum..
my character name is MeGaDooM as i said i lost my mog collection items when new patch came out item names are SHOULDERS - The First Satyr's Spauders on mythic HELM-Mask of Multitudinous Eyes the red one from Elethe Renferal boss on mythic BOOTS - Boots of Endless Betrayal (the red one) from mythic all those are from Emerald Nightmare instance but the time frame i don't know i collect this skins collection as long as i start to play raids in this server and now I cant have them and reforge on my battle set to looks good

Make sure all the sources are enabled from the filter.

YES I AM !! I have only the Green Eye emerald forest helm all others are gone all is checked on my collection
