Bug description:

1. GCD of 0.8 sec? Now I dont know what haste that mage had. But no GCD should be lower than 1 sec unless there is a special talent or buff that you could tell me about?

2. Now I can imagine ice lance doing 1.51 mil damage. Even though that seems a bit high. But 4.07 mil? I was at 51% HP. And I got slayed by one ice lance.

He is probably exploiting PvE sets in PvP(I reported this and will be resolved by DEVS before arena season starts),and afaik GCD with haste can go down to 0.75.If you want you can make a ban request for the person and provide the screenshot as proof of him exploiting PvE sets in PvP.

Ah yes GCD can drop down to 0.75
