Bug description: ice lance procs and after flurry doesn't always do the correct damage on helya

you know that after flurry you can cast an ice lance as if the target is frozen but on helya doesn't work allways.

Nothing can be done, same issue was/is present on retail aswell. One example here. Its a problem with big/tall bosses making spell travel time on spells longer. This can be closed unless devs decide to make a custom fix, which would be a bit awkward.

This is not related to a spell/mechanic not working its simply the way the boss it is.
