WoW Freakz spell link: Some sort of custom script from what i can see

Bug description: Everytime i teleport to a place or change spec from something else back to arcane or un-equip and re-equip aluneth something strange happens (see video), you can hear it and also see it clearly on the weapon animation. This happens only to arcane, on fire or frost this doesnt happen nor any other class.
