this is not proof, please post actual evidence that the procrate and damage are too low.
just a two minute fight is not nearly enough to judge procs

hitting a dummy for a pretty decent amount of time (10 minutes of more) and actual proof that its lower than it should be on retail

keep in mind he proc as many as u but in half the time

the damage seems to be correct, same with the proc chance ive found on blizzard.
