Bug description: I'm having some issues completing quests because the npc I need to talk to aren't there, I've searched around the "?" mark in the map, and even searchedthewebforthenpcslocation,butthey are nowhere to be found, seems like they dont even spawning where its supposed to (happened with Mathias Shaw and Fargo Flintlocke, in Stormwind).Quests are Twilight Shores and Horde Uprising. First time trying this private server, help would be appreciated. Thank you.
