Bug description: Doesn't work on players. Should be able to use on a player just to keep them in combat preventing them to re-stealth or go for a drink. The speed effect only should work on pets not players. Also it should always work on pets regardless the new 7.3.0 affix giving resistance to other taunts via https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=254250&&&&name=determined

So this report needs to EXCLUDE Provoke since it is unique apposed to other Taunts:

Duel between Monk and Hunter where you can clearly see Provoke working on hunter passive pet regardless hunter's attempt to control it via commands:

Despite official monk guide indicating via macro that it can be used indeed on players. Shade pointed out that I didn't provide demonstration. So here it is.

Tested it, used it on a player, it's working on players as well. Rejected.
