Bug description: The Npc (Tak-Tak) doesn't fly you to Tian Monastery and even if you go there by yourself you still can not complete the quest.

this is the way how you need to complete the quest , you skip to last part by flying there

this quest is not bugged , NPC that should take you there is not highlighted by system

Hello, i had the same problem, i could speak with with tak tak and i had the option but it didn't do anything
MY SOLUTION: Just relog, probably because of the change of spec better re-connect and it worked perfectly
