Bug description: When you have stacks of this instead of doing one animation and doing the damage more times it also does the animation more time. This causes some delay which makes you miss the target if it moves too much and having to try to hit again.This disrupts the flow of the gameplay and is more than just a visual annoyance.

Its the same in retail @0:49 slow it down and you can see his monk do the kick 3 times, tested this myself as well even if the target moves out of range the damage will still come through
