Bug description: Wearing 2 or more Overwhelming Power does not stack. All stat/damage increase azerites should stack together. Only cooldown reduction should not.
Proof: Can be tested easily. All azerites should stack (2 Overwhelming should give double the haste amount etc.)

I think this might be a general issue regarding azerites that gives specific buffs.
More testing should be done from GMs/testers POV since I do not have access to a lot of gear.
