Bug description: nazmir quest : NPC is not there

As you see in the first picture , with mouseover on the quest , it says available quest and it shows also the quest on the map , and in the second picture there is no npc giving the quest
Aslo i deleted cache and wtf folder ...stil nothing . Btw other player was there and he was able to see the npc

There's no way to start a new zone without picking it from the Scouting Map, and you won't be able to pick one unless you've completed the previous zone you've chosen.

Your next quest in Zuldazar is A Strange Port of Call.
