Bug description: I can't loot any stuff in instances and I can't loot any other items. I just roll the dice and collect gold. So all the food and drink goes through my fingers.

If that was an issue it would've been found out a long time ago as to why there would be no cloth loot. You either have loot cooldown or just unlucky with drops.
