Bug description: I'm trying to unlock the broken shore quest line for the class hall mount but i dont have world quests, the emissary show and Kathgar dose not give me any quest.( i should have world quests as i already have them on other).

The class hall mount can't be obtained as class hall quests and class hall mount quests aren't implemented. Also I don't quite understand what you mean, on the picture I can see that you have World quests unlocked? Is the character boosted?

It's not boosted, the world quests are unlocked but i don't see them on the broken shore or any other region except for Argus: https://imgur.com/a/xyPtbup
And to complete that achievement i need to complete a few world quests in broken shore.

i got the same problem on my DH as well, only on my war i have the quests as i did the quest or most of the quest lines during legion.

And are the characters created after the transition to BFA? Some players seem to have these issues as you can see here.

No, i mean the DH was during Legion, but i didnt lvl it to 110 only after, in bfa and the Paladin is new, yes crated in BFA, the warrior was the only one that i reached max lvl and he is the only one that has the world quests available to him so in a way i guess it's related to this.

And not only armies quest but any world quest i cant see, i mean sometimes 1 - 2 pop out bu thats it and its only gold.

Broken shore and some of Legion content is not scripted properly which is why you might not see world quests.
In order for you to unlock your legion Class mounts read about our new PVE event called The Eternal Travellers.
