Bug description: Fervent Martyr reduces the Manacost of my Light of the Martyr while having Beacon of the Light up, for 50% for each Holy Light or Flash of Light used. When i have 2 stacks of Fervent Martyr, which will reduce the Manacost of Light of the Martyr for 100%, the Icon of it should blink but it doesn't.
