Bug description: Light's Decree - not buffing avenging
Proof:
when I use [Avenging Wrath] even when I have added [Light's Decree in 2 items it still has same duration.

For a start, there are a few things wrong with your post,
You are missing a spell link, would have helped not having to look for it
The post is in the wrong section, has been posted in items? (Having this be a class issue it belongs in... Classes)
The title is formulated wrong as well
No proof has been attached

With those out of the way, Light's Decree is not meant to increase the duration more than 5 seconds, the damage aspect of the trait does work though and this, as a whole, does work on freakz
