Bug description: TV and DS are missing from Retribution Paladin Effect#0
Proof: from simc
from wowhead
from freakz

I've used the last version of simc from 7.2.5 (link), the wowhead tooltip of Retribution Paladin (link) from wowhead and the freakz db.
