Bug description: Paladin buffs are falling off after moving 40 yards. It's really annoying.

Proof: I have buffs here in this image.

One minute later, after i walk 20 yards they are gone. The Ashbringer icon in middle is my power auras informing me that my blessings are not up. That's why I'm noticing the buffs are constantly falling off.

I can't prove that i didnt just rightclick the buffs off, but you can trust me that I didnt. Thanks!

This "bug" was already rejected a couple of times as it only happens open world.

You moved into a different zone resulting your buffs being removed.
This was probably as safety measure implemented so 3rd person buffs can't be carried into m+/raids.
