Bug description: On the quest finder Database it shows that i can be obtained from the NPC but they offer no quest.
This is a ONE time quest

L.e And from what i saw Bulging Heroic Cache of Treasures doesn't have loot.

Added in patch 5.3.0 according to wowhead. This is not available because this will be coming in the next phase (Timeless Isle + SoO).

I don't think they'll bother making that 5.3 but they will jump straight to 5.4. Anywho we're in 5.2 content, that's my point. ^^
