Character name: Wetfarts
Bug description: 2nd part of the quest ( The Plunder Runner bombed ) is not working. No action button is showing up to actually bomb the ship. I am standing where I am supposed to stand but nothing is working out for me. I tried clearing cache, restarting game etc.

EDIT: After getting into group with lone stranger on the same quest, I accidentaly stood on the rock nearby - oalaaaa the button showed up and I was able to do the quest.
