Bug description: [Mac' Aree] [The Vindicaar] The Sigil of Awakening
Proof:

Hello Sugin here, My charactor is Talah i have completed the quest "The Sigil of Awakening" and placed the sigil in the Vindicaar but i cant hand in the quest it opens but does not complete,

I tried the in game bug report under help but that says Error updating GM ticket

Please help...

Can you please provide a screenshot?

Also, try to disable all your addons. Several people had issues with their addon preventing them from turning the quest in.
