The Curse of Restlessness

Bug description: It should reduce the cooldown of Curse of the Dreadblades by 0.25s per combo point spent.

This only works, while adrenaline rush is active. As soon as the buff of adrenaline rush goes off, this will not work. Even while the buff is on, The Curse of Restlessness does not reduce the cooldown of Curse of the Dreadblades properly.
