Bug description: theiefs bargain must reduce youre HP 25% and cooldown of youre vanish 90sec and increass youre damage when u going to stealth or shadow dance to 20%but the part of incress damage dosnt work i test that dont reject this topic this is big problem for sub rogue pvp test it then u can reject topic.

in this proof i have same tt and dont use any thing like symbol of death ucan see that ihave same damage with thiefs bargain and phantom assasin talent.

Hi,those effects work only when you duel or in arena,you should try this again

Iknow itest this talent in arena not work part of increases damage and this dummy is pvp not different my honor talent is active
