Details: (optional) After running ToS HC we killed second boss and I bonus rolled and got a 920 head set piece. While going for the 3rd boss the server crashed and when it came back online the item was missing though I still had a bonus roll window after rolling I got the head set piece again but as a 890 ilvl.
proof: https://imgur.com/a/ZQT3DDy It shows 885 but it was a HC warforged item aka 920.
