Bug description: When im spawned in i see no npc and get stuck at stage 4 [survive the manastorm] i looked at all the other bug reports and tried everything said there nothing works whatever i do npc s wont spawn.I cant progress the [Broken Isles Pathfinder] because of it.

I had the same issue, so I left the instance and went to Shal'Aran where I Was able to hand the quest back .

The quest was made to be autocompleted for now. Abandoning and taking it again usually fixes the issue. Glad it's solved now, good luck!
