WoW Freakz spell link: The Deceiver's Blood Pact

Bug description:

Earthshock has a 20% chance to give me "100% Maelstrom"

all testet with "Swelling Maelstrom": https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=238105&name=swelling-maelstrom

1.case: earthshock with less or equal 100 units Maelstrom --> on proc i get 100 Units Maelstrom

2. case: earthshock with more then 100 but less/equal 125 Maelstrom --> on proc i get 125 Maelstrom

Could you please clarify this bug report or post some sort of proof, im not really certain what you're even complaining about.

well, it was rejected long time ago and i didnt noticed this "bug" since then.
possible i had this strange things cause of some lags or delay or mastery.
so i think it can be closed

It was posted in MoP bugs so thats why no one responded to it probably.
