Bug description:This part of the spell doesn't work( Stormlash to up to 2 party or raid members for 8 seconds, causing attacks and spellcasts to deal additional Nature damage.)it gives the buff to the party members but it doesn't do the dmg increase part and the proc chance is very low
Proof: as you can see for a total of 50min Stormlash didn't do any kind of dmg increase for the Demon hunter damage.Proof(https://imgur.com/a/isOEn, here's how it supposed to work to party memebers(https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20758346660) and how the proc chance and damage is calculated[/b]

Stormlash's damage depends on the SHAMAN who cast it, and not on the guy who gets the buff. Also, 50 minutes, who cares, if in 50 minutes the said DH got the proc ONLY ONCE. Stormlash deals damage based on the owner's attackspeed (because it does damage when you attack). Procs are not too low, if you could read, it says 3 RPPM, meaning it procs around 3 times in 1 minute. You can do as many tests as you'd like, you'll see that it procs just as much as it's supposed to proc. The script for stormlash is implemented with huge care, and exactly as it is on retail.
