[REJECTED] [Stormheim] Supplies from the Valarjar awards Emissary aswell

Bug description: When completing this quest, it also awarded me with The Valarjar quest, which is the 4/4 World Quests Emissary quest. It shouldn't award me with both. And I did not have the Valarjar Emissary available.

It was already reported here that you can turn in Emissaries which aren't active. Did you previously complete 4/4 world quests in Stormheim?

Nope, but I did minutes before posting the topic. I also have an Emissary on my Alt on which I haven't done a single Stormheim world quest. I don't have access to that Trello card and I didn't know that it was already a known issue. I will reject the topic in such case.
