Bug description: questline cannot be started because Toryl does not open quest prompt when right clicked
Questline is important to unlock Good Sumaritan -> Insurrection -> Nightborne Allied Race

Proof: Toryl with exclamation point but does not interact

Finished that part of Story Line few minutes ago.

Exit WoW, delete Cache and try again.
