Bug description: On the 1st phase Thalyssra is walking, After she cast the Shield The mobs is not respawning. so I decided to Reconnect and unstuck my character but Thalyssra is nowhere to be found.

Delete cache and retake the quest try to do it again.

The quest is doable.
