Bug description:

So I just finished The Art of Flow quest ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=44875&&name=the-art-of-flow )
and the next quest must be A Dance With Dragons ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=44876&&name=a-dance-with-dragons )
but... the server shuted down right before i wanted to take it up from the NPC called Stellagosa ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=997076&&name=stellagosa )
and now the NPC doesnt appear for me to get the quest and i cant continue the questline for Insurrection Achievement....

Really unlucky day for me, and other people can still complete it but i cant... becasue the NPC doenst appear for me....
May be also a problem in my quest log, if i could just have the quest and abandon it, maybe the NPC will appear after abandon, and i dont know because i didn't had time to get it because the server shuted down.
