-Bug description: I cannot complete stage 2 of this scenario as "Hellwarden Xaphan" 2 shots me every time. I cannot even get close.

And I know you're going to say no other bug reports are reported on this. Then please tell me how to complete it if I can't even get close to heal Taran Zhu? I've used all my defensives and everything trying to get close but I still die in 2 hits. He is forever casting Anguished Souls and Fel Destruction.

Xaphan is still way overtuned, even with decent (pre-Legion) gear there is no way to outheal the damage... Saw some guy bringing this up in trade chat, and people just told him to "go farm some levels and gear in Azsuna and then go back". That shouldn't be necessary for such a basic thing as getting your artifact.

Just checked, damage is actually really low. You're probably standing in stuff that you shouldn't stand in.
