[REJECTED] Tharillon's Fall Herb quest!

I spend 240 starlight rosedust its means 12 times to spawn mob, i spawned mob and killed him but nothing droped everytime.
And i did what gm says;

-Disable Add-Ons (and i deleted all)
-Deleted Cache
-Relogged

But still same issue for this quest

I spend my 6 hours for this quest.Everytime i collect 20 Starlight rosedust and go another map for spawn mob.

Please fix it.
