Bug description: The mount is not in the loottable for the NPC > https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=32491&&name=time-lost-proto-drake. Should be a 100% drop rate.

The Mount is automatically added to your Inventory upon killing him. Should your bags be full, the mount will be mailed.
