Bug description: The latest fix for the quest Unearthed Magic only spawned the object https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=240357&&name=strange-stone on the ally garrison. There should be one on the horde garrison too.

3 things about this bug

1 should be reported in legion not mop

2 should be 100% loot chance not 94.85 https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=240357&&name=strange-stone
3 should be spawned personaly for everyone and 5min resp timer?
