Bug description: The mob is casting continously, you cannot get it to move even if you interrupt. (It sometimes works if you interrupt nightmares but it never works if you interrupt corrupt, it just starts another cast sequence). You don't have diminishing returns and you get stunned for 5 seconds everytime the mob finishes the nightmares ability cast.

About the movement part: I also noticed they hardly want to move even if all target is in LoS, they keep trying to cast.
