Bug description: World quest did not complete. I tried 2 times.

I can confirm, happened to me too today. I see him with the silver dragon, yet the quest didn't complete.

Hello,
I just did it with my character and it completed without any problems. Make sure you're not in a raid group while doing it and that you've actually accepted the quest.
