Bug description: "When you kill", right now you can just tag them one time and it won't matter if you still damage them or not, it will still proc after a while, even if you let them like 10 sec after you stop attacking them they will still proc when someone else kill that target.

I highly doubt it about this, everything I have found about these 2 is that you only need to tag them, they do not behave like warrior's first tier talent War Machine
